Job Summary
Develop, implement and manage sales & marketing strategy as well as campaigns to grow market share, achieve revenue targets, increase patient volume, identify new businesses/revenue drivers, explore business development and growth opportunities
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop & implement strategic plans in managing sales in order to increase revenue and grow market share.
Identify and execute sales & marketing initiatives based on customer / patient journey to develop and build long-term value-based customer relationship to meet business goals.
Continuously seek new opportunities and innovative strategies to drive revenue growth & market share in driving the centre as the leading preferred integrated healthcare provider in Malaysia.
Constantly map and evaluate partner & competitive landscape to identify trends that may lead to changes in sales & marketing strategies to meet or exceed business goals and customer expectations
Ensure execution of an effective marketing mix based on well researched consumer insights and a sound appreciation of the company’s competitive strength and operational capabilities.
Effective utilization of allocated budget, monitor budget utilization and measure campaign/program/activities KPIs & ROIs.
Effective usage of digital marketing & social media platform to promote the brand, drive partner, consumer engagement and increase new leads.
Formulate & update policies and procedures to meet present work requirements pertaining to sales & marketing.
Lead a team of 5 in execution of duties (Marketing Executive, Media Social Executive, Graphic Designer, PR& Event Executive and Content Writer)
To perform any other duties which may be assigned from time-to-time
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in the related field or equivalent.
At least 5 years working experience in a Sales & Marketing Manager portfolio preferably in healthcare industry.
Proficient in English recommended.
